We collaborate with trusted logistics partners across India to ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience. Once your order is confirmed, it is typically dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery times range between 2 to 6 business days, depending on your location. We're committed to delivering your jewellery quickly and reliably.

We’re excited to get your order to you as quickly as possible! For personalized jewelry, please allow us around 14 days to create your unique piece with love before dispatching it your way.

If you’re unable to collect your order personally, no worries! You can request a neighbor to receive it on your behalf. If that’s not an option, you can speak with the Delivery Executive to request a delivery on the following day. While we can’t guarantee this service, it often depends on your interaction with the Delivery Executive. We hope your sparkling treasures find their way to you smoothly!

We strive to make your shopping experience seamless. That’s why we offer a 7-day return policy for all unused and unworn items—no questions asked. A nominal fee of approximately ₹99 (+/- ₹20) will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs. Alternatively, there is no additional cost if you decide to exchange!

We initiate the refunds within 2 business days of us receiving the product in our warehouse.
For Prepaid orders: Refunds are initiated directly to the original payment source.
For COD orders: Refunds are initiated via a Razorpay Payout link, which we share with the customers who opted to return. Simply fill in the required details in the link and select your preferred payment method to receive the refund.
