Shipping And Returns
SHIPPING
Shipping Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days, with delivery typically taking 3 to 7 days from the order date, depending on your location. Personalized items require additional processing time.
Shipping Charges: We offer free domestic shipping in India. We are working on expanding our international shipping services soon. Stay tuned for updates!
Tracking: You will receive tracking details over Email, Message and/or WhatsApp once the order is shipped.
RETURNS
Return Policy: We offer a 7-day return policy for all unused and unworn items, no questions asked. An approximate amount of Rs.99 (+/- 20) will be deducted from the refund amount to account for return delivery costs. If the product is exchanged instead, the cost of return will be waived.
Please note that returns do not apply to personalised jewellery, perfumes, candles, coins, utensils, gift cards, and God idols other than in cases of defective/spurious products. In case you have purchased a Klarity product from anywhere other than the Klarity Website, the return policies of your source of purchase shall apply.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product at our warehouse. The actual time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary based on your bank or payment provider. Klarity reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items. Any shipping charges (if paid) at the time of placing the order are non refundable in case of returns.
Return Process: You can initiate a return request from our website. Alternatively, you can reach out to our Customer Support team, and they’ll guide you through the process. Once you have booked the return request, we request you to be available for the reverse pick-up. In the absence of your availability or inability to answer the calls, the delivery partner may, at their discretion, cancel the reverse pick-up. In all such cases, the process will have to be re-initiated again, and the overall timeline will increase.
Further, please note that while most pin codes are forward and reverse serviceable, in rare cases, some pin codes may only be forward serviceable and not reverse serviceable. In all such cases, the customer may be responsible to return the product to our warehouse via an alternate courier service, such as India Post.
Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed by our delivery partner. Once a shipment has been processed, cancellations are no longer possible, and a return request must be initiated instead.
Missing Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a tampered, empty, or missing product, please report it to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Further, if you suspect tampering, please capture a 360-degree video of the package being opened as evidence. Claims may not be processed without sufficient proof. Please note that the brand reserves the right to make the final decision on all claims.
In case of missing items in return orders, i.e., where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but actual delivery to Klarity warehouse doesn't include all said items, the company has a right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. This shall extend to promotional products, including but not limited to free gifts and silver coins.
EXCHANGE
Exchange Policy: You can also avail replacement or exchange of your order once per order. The conditions remain the same as those applicable to returns, except there will be no cost to you to return the product. The replacement will only be shipped after the initial return has been picked up. To request for an exchange, please contact us with the product you want in exchange for the returned product.
